Bible Institute Wilmington Bible Institute is a continuing education ministry of Peace Baptist Church in Wilmington, NC. dedicated to the training of Christian men and women for the ministry. Whether you are pursuing full time Christian Ministry or seeking to be better prepared for existing ministries, you will find Wilmington Bible Institute more than adequate for your need. We offer a two (2) year Bible program, focused on Bible Doctrine and its practical applications. Meeting one evening per week students will take a minimum of three (3) years to complete the curriculum. Enrollment is limited to those who can give a clear, public testimony of salvation and accept that all teaching will reflect our Doctrinal Statement and philosophy. Students will be responsible to pay all fees in a timely manner, attend classes, complete all assignments and pass the examinations to receive credit. All classes are held on Monday evenings at Peace Baptist Church. Classes meet at 7:15 and 8:15 p.m. (As this is a continuing program - you may enter at anytime). The Basic Bible Course is a required course. All students must take this course before they can take any others. In this course, students will be given a wide range of general Bible information. This is a Seminar Course: there are no assignments and no examinations. Books and other literature will be recommended but not required. The course serves two purposes: students will be able to ease into the academic world without the worry of exams, etc. Students will also be exposed to excerpts of many of the regular courses. If students are unable to accept or understand what is being taught in the Basic course, they will likely struggle with the entire program. Wilmington Bible Institute is an independent Baptist School. All courses are taught from that perspective. We use only the Authorized Version of the Bible. Students will be required to have their own copy. We do not endorse the Charismatic Movement not the current Ecumenical philosophies. We believe, however, that God heals and performs marvelous miracles today. We believe biblical unity is based not on common needs and goals, but rather on a common belief and indwelling ministry of the Holy Spirit. |
FEE SCHEDULE Tuition is $60.00 plus a $15.00 Registration Fee, per Trimester ($100.00 when taking two Courses). All students receive a $15.00 discount when paying in advance. Registration Fees are exempt from all discounts. Checks should be made payable to Peace Baptist Church (Indicate "WBI" in memo section).
